The rationale behind taking photos differs for each individual. Some may take photos for reference, some may take photos for remembrance, and some may take photos to encapsulate their precious moments. Photos are like a return ticket back to the utmost precious moments which are encapsulated in the photo that lasts through a lifetime and for generations to come.
The emotions, and the expressions amid the interactions, are very precious and unique moments to every individual, even if the people in the photo are no longer around, leaving us with the shared memories and the photo in a frame. We may or may not remember what exactly we did together with the people in the photo, but we can never forget how they made us feel, especially if they hold a special place deep down, and so much that, some times we wished that they could be here.
Some may opt for the help of friends or amateur photography hobbyists, and some may prefer the help of a professional photographer. The preference differs for each individual, and so is the quality of the final photo. The former may be able to provide photography coverage, but they would not be able to produce the same result, without having gone through the journey that most professional photographers had, even if they used the same gear. A professionally captured photo is made up of the subject, space, time, together with the skills, knowledge, and creativity of the professional photographer, which freezes the moment, making it timeless and unique.
Anyone can say that they can capture the moments, but what are moments? Moments are made up of emotions, the expressions and the body language, amid interactions.
