In the battle against the #covid19 pandemic, everyone has a part to play. To ensure the safety of all and for shoots to be done safely, we have implemented a set of safety measures and protocols, with immediate effect. All equipment, storage/travel bags, and safety kit will be sanitized thoroughly, before and after each shoot. Upon confirmation of service engagement, all clients would be required to complete a Health & Travel Declaration form, which is to be submitted 24 hours before the shoot. Both Clients and Photographer are to ensure that Trace Together Application/Wearable Device is installed and running, and also scan for Safe Entry at all sites, for contact tracing purposes. Clients are to wear a mask at all times in between shots. Mask will be worn by Photographer at all time.
Before the commencement of shoot on the actual day, everyone would be required to have their temperature taken on-site with a non-contact forehead thermometer, and also to have their hands sanitized. Temperature readings must be between 36°C to 37.4°C and recorded before the commencement of the shoot. If the first temperature reading is between 37.5°C ≈ 37.6°C, a second reading will be taken approximately 5 minutes later.
The shoot will be postponed to a later date if:
a) Temperature reading is 37.5 °C and above
Or
b) Presence of any respiratory symptoms (Fever, Flu, Runny Nose, Cough, Sore Throat)
Or
c) Clients or Photographer is unwell
For the implementation of our safety measures, we have prepared a set of safety kit, which would be available for all shoots, which is inclusive of non-contact forehead thermometer, sanitizer solution, and anti-bacterial wipes.
